By accessing and browsing The Dyslexia Classroom, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect.}

By engaging with The Dyslexia Classroom's services or participating in its programs, you, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Availability of Continuing Education Credits: Customer understands thatWimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC dba The Dyslexia Classroom ("Company) does not guarantee the availability of continuing education credits or CEHs for any of its services, courses, or programs. The applicability and eligibility of continuing education credits are subject to the regulations and requirements of professional accrediting organizations or regulatory bodies, which may vary significantly, and which policies may change at any point.

2.  Customer's Responsibility: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify the eligibility of Company's courses or programs for continuing education credits with the relevant accrediting bodies or regulatory authorities, including with ALTA for CEH. The Customer acknowledges that they may be required to seek approval independently to earn continuing education credits for their professional development.

3. No Representation or Warranty: Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that its services, courses, or programs will be accepted or approved by any accrediting organizations or regulatory bodies for continuing education credits.

4.  Release and Waiver: The Customer hereby releasesWimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in any way related to the non-availability of continuing education credits, including but not limited to any claims of misrepresentation or negligence. 

5. Acknowledgment: By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver and release, and that they are legally competent to and freely enter into this waiver and release agreement, and that no refunds will be given if continuing education requirements or policy change before, during, or after purchase.

6.  You agree that The Dyslexia Classroom, itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services and/or materials, made available on thedyslexiaclassroom.com by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing, (collectively referred to as the "Content") are maintained for your personal use and information by The Dyslexia Classroom, Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC, thedyslexiaclassroom.com and is the property of Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC or its third party providers. You agree that such Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC and The Dyslexia Classroom Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice, and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, and text as well as all other materials included in thedyslexiaclassroom.com, excluding only materials you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, The Dyslexia Classroom/Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicenseable, to access, view, and use thedyslexiaclassroom.com solely for your personal purposes. No thedyslexiaclassroom.com or Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used fo public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by The Dyslexia Classroom/Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any purpose is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of The Dyslexia Classroom and Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC as well as other authors who created the materials,and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties. You may not distribute, modify, transmit or use the content of TheDyslexiaClassroom.com or any Content, including any and all software, tools, graphics and/or sound files, for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of The Dyslexia Classroom/Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC.

7. All Content, such as text, data, graphics, files, videos and sound files, and other materials contained in TheDyslexiaClassroom.com, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of The Dyslexia Classroom/Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC, and/or a supplier to The Dyslexia Classroom. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.All trade names, trademarks, and images and biographical information of people used in The Dyslexia Classroom COntent and contained in TheDyslexiaClassroom.com, including without limitation the name and trademark, "The Dyslexia Classroom" are either the property of, or used with permission by, Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC. The use of Content by you is strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms of Use. Any unauthorized use of COntent may violate the copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights of The Dyslexia Classroom/Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC and/or third parties, as well as the laws of privacy and publicity, and other regulations and statues. Nothing contained in this Agreement or in TheDyslexiaClassroom.com shall be constructed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark or other proprietary information without the express written consent of The Dyslexia Classroom/Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC. The Dyslexia Classroom respects the copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights of others. The Dyslexia Classroom has the right, but has no obligation, to remove content and accounts containing materials that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use. If you believe that your intellectual property rights ar being violated and/or that any work belonging to you has been reproduced on TheDyslexiaClassroom.com or in any Content in any way, you may notify Company at [email protected]. Please provide your name and contact information, the nature of your work and how it is being violated, all relevant copyright and/or trademark registration information, the location/URL of the violation, and any other information you believe is relevant.

8. While The Dyslexia Classroom/Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information in TheDyslexiaClassroom.com, Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Dyslexia Classroom assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of TheDyslexiaClassroom.com.

9. When you register with The Dyslexia Classroom, and/or Wimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center LLC, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, ot other records or correspondence from The Dyslexia Classroom. You consent to receive notices electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you my email.
