By engaging with The Dyslexia Classroom's services or participating in its programs, you, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Availability of Continuing Education Credits: Customer understands thatWimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC dba The Dyslexia Classroom ("Company) does not guarantee the availability of continuing education credits or CEHs for any of its services, courses, or programs. The applicability and eligibility of continuing education credits are subject to the regulations and requirements of professional accrediting organizations or regulatory bodies, which may vary significantly, and which policies may change at any point.

Customer's Responsibility: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify the eligibility of Company's courses or programs for continuing education credits with the relevant accrediting bodies or regulatory authorities, including with ALTA for CEH. The Customer acknowledges that they may be required to seek approval independently to earn continuing education credits for their professional development.

No Representation or Warranty: Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that its services, courses, or programs will be accepted or approved by any accrediting organizations or regulatory bodies for continuing education credits.

Release and Waiver: The Customer hereby releasesWimberley Dyslexia & Learning Center, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in any way related to the non-availability of continuing education credits, including but not limited to any claims of misrepresentation or negligence.

Acknowledgment: By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this waiver and release, and that they are legally competent to and freely enter into this waiver and release agreement, and that no refunds will be given if continuing education requirements or policy change before, during, or after purchase.
